Love the cart. It's a little hard to turn from the push handel if it is filled with stuff but works very well as a pull cart. The wheel did break at one point.

My family used this wagon to transport children (5 and 7 years old) as well as beach equipment during a family vacation. The wagon may be rated for 550 lb; however, the base plate for the unit became deformed after very average sized children were loaded into. Handle bar is not sturdy enough for heavy loads, resulting in a wagon that is difficult to maneuver when partially loaded. Note the wagon was never fully loaded to 550 lb. All of this experience was gained from one week long vacation. We had better luck with a different collapsible wagon cart which lasted multiple trips over the course of a year. I am still seeking a rugged, collapsible wagon with push and pull operation... this wasn't it!

Apartment living here! I’m always trying to make ONE trip, and this wagon is the only reason I can actually do it. I use it for everything...groceries, packages, cleaning supplies, and hauling things to and from my vehicle without making multiple trips. The fold‑down hatch is a total lifesaver. I can slide boxes and bags in and out without awkwardly balancing things like I had to with my other wagon, which matters when you’re dealing with elevators, parking garages, or long hallways. And honestly, almost every time I’ve pulled this thing someone has stopped me and ask where I got it. It’s definitely a conversation starter. It’s sturdy, the perfect size, smooth, folds up fast, and fits perfectly in my trunk. For apartment life and one‑trip people like me, this wagon isn’t just helpful ...it’s a necessity.

It has plenty of room and can carry heavy items. It is a little on the heavy side when picking it up to put in the car. But I love the fact you can push or pull it. The large wheels make it easy to get around even on a little rougher terain.

While it's big and seems sturdy, I can't figure out how to get the piece around the outside to store it. No matter what I do, it's just too short. I reached out to the company who told me how to fold it up. When explained that's not my problem, I've never heard another word from them. Product support is awful.

Ordered this wagon for a senior citizen that lives in a building with many residents. They all share a minimum amount of grocery carts for deliveries. Instead of going on a search for a cart every time, now they have additional independents with their own wagon.
