The media could not be loaded. It was painted steely deep gray and was a little too shiny for me. Perhaps fine for certain settings. I had some high quality Dunn Edwards exterior flat paint samples in several close shades of light brown and applied them to look like stone.     • Nice sound, Top not square to bottom
Had too much trouble setting up, bottom not 90 degrees to upper assembly therefore had to level the bottom to get the flow correct on top. This created about a 1" tilt in bottom to get top level. I initially leveled the bottom and connected top piece per instructions, flow was very uneven from top spouts. Need to design top unit so it can be leveled after bottom is level. ... show more

Easy to assemble and sturdy fountain. We've had a couple of previous fountains, both damaged by wildlife pushing them over or breaking the fountain head, but so far this one has held up. The bottom tier also holds a good amount of water, which is nice since we have this in full sun, and the water doesn't evaporate as quickly. The water also adds weight for sturdiness. The fountain does need to be on a level surface for the trickle to disperse evenly, and I can't speak to wear or flaking from the sun quite yet since we've only had this for about a month. I love this fountain! It was easy to assemble, has the perfect water trickle sound and looks great. It is light weight and easy to get set up. This is just what I was looking for in my garden. I highly recommend this fountain.

Actually this is graceful, solid and has a nice sound. Can go several days w/o filling . Wish it had on/off switch rather than needing to plug in and out. OUtdoor outlets have a protective cover over them and I have to get very low to see where to aim.
