Water was draining somehow but we detected no leaks after searching carefully. But water would disappear after pump ran for about 30 min. We discovered the tubing access from in-ground sprinkler system was siphoning it out! Now we remove the tube after filling with water. The end of the tube was lying next to the pump in the small base, so possibly with the pressure from the pump, it would push the water back up the tube.

The media could not be loaded. Just received the fountain and it is easy to assemble. I’m not sure if it’s true slate or not as a couple small areas had pieces that flaked off. The minute you fill it will water and plug it in the water starts to flow. No water splashed out and it makes the perfect sound. We have it about 18 feet from where we sit and can hear it perfectly. No on or off switch but I don’t believe any fountains have that. I put it on a waterproof exterior remote control outlet and it’s fine. I absolutely love this fountain as I have been looking for a a long time to find one that is not resin. I feel it’s overpriced unless it’s real slate. Be aware that it is very small. 12 inches wide and a little larger at the base. I would recommend this fountain.

My fountain arrived and I set it up. Looked beautiful and running well until I realized it had a leak. I called the company and without any hesitancy, they sent me another full fountain after I asked for only the base section of the fountain. The second fountain arrived within 3 days!!! I set it up and no leaks!!! The sound and the quality of the fountain is fantastic...the nicest I've ever owned!!! It was easy doing business with this company. I will definitely do business with them in the future.

I was mildly dubious abut this purchase, and the SO was downright skeptical. Happily, I am very pleased with the appearance, the sturdiness and the soothing sound of falling water -- zero buyer's remorse. I ended up using it on my screen porch so I can sit right next to it for maximum sound. (I have tinnitus plus nearby barking dogs and this fountain minimizes both.) It splashed a bit at first in one tier but after filling it a bit more and turning down the pump setting, it's fine now.

The sound that emanates from this beautiful fountain is so beautiful, and masks a bit of the neighborhood landscaping noises. It has held up well, working and looking like it did out of the box! So many things just are not made to last, just made to sell. I so appreciate products that work and stand the test of time. Almost like the company has integrity or something!

Was looking for something to put outside the window for white noise at night and this fits the bill nicely. It does splash a little water but not too bad have to refill it about once a week or so. Only problem is it had a leak in the bottom, rather than send it back I just used some silicone to fix it. It is very heavy.

The media could not be loaded. We received this in the fall, so I chose to leave it in the box until spring. Stored flat on concrete in a warm garage. The packaging is terrible with Styrofoam that blows everywhere. The base of the fountain was cracked. The legs of the fountain were cracked. The trim pieces on the top of the fountain were cracked. None of the rocks are large enough to stay on top they all fall through the holes And I haven’t even plugged it in yet because the cord is only 3 feet long. Who has a plug-in in the middle of their garden? Terrible quality.
