Bought this as a replacement hammock for our backyard. This one is much slipperier to get into though, than our old one. But the fabric is softer and has a lot more "give" to it than our old one did. (I did have to pull the hammock chains up higher on the stand to account for the fabric give.) It should be noted this doesn't come with the hammock hardware (hooks) so you will need to purchase those separately. My husband had to also buy additional length of chain because what it came with didn't reach the stand holes once the hooks were attached. Only concern is the ropes attaching the hammock to the metal ring seems less substantial than what we had before and the knots above the wood stretcher bar are only looped around once, making me concerned that they might become unknotted and cause some backyard chaos. All-in-all, though, it's a great buy for what it is!

We really like the size and material the hammock is made from. Our concern is the cotton stringing that has a lot of stretch and don't appear to be very strong after some use. Knots easily open and cotton stringing comes apart.

Although we haven't had it long, it's been working great so far! It fits the stand we already had. My husband and I can both fit on comfortably together and it still feels sturdy. The pillow is a great added feature. The fabric does have a bit of a weather-proof feel to it (still comfy though), but we're going to be bringing it inside so that it really lasts. It does get spun around in the wind if its left empty, but it's easy to spin right back.

Nicely made hammock , extension chains are heavy & durable ..the only reason I did not give a 5 is because it's so slippery..I had my hammock base in driveway & tried to get on it slipped right off ,hit my head on the concrete & scraped both of my elbows.. end story put base in grass & thats where it will stay. Wish this was made with a material that wasnt so slippery

This hammock is great. Easy to set up, feels sturdy, and looks quality. Two full grown adults easily lay on this without rolling up into a burrito like the standard style. Definitely recommend!

Love the pillow and how it attached to the hammock. This hammock is very very difficult to get in and out of because there’s zero support on the sides. The fabric does not have rope under it, so the support is only on the exact middle. Failing to be in the middle means you will flip it. Extremely puzzled by the 5 star reviews.
