For as cheap as it is, I wasn't expecting much. But this thing is actually very sturdy! I've loaded it up to the tops of the bars with what has to be 100-130lbs of wood and I don't feel like I need to baby it at all. Even lifting it up the three steps onto my porch feels solid. The only thing I would change about it is to maybe extend the wheels out an inch or two to give them a wider base. Here's some hints on assembling 1. The tires are sent unpressurized. You'll need to fill them to 30 PSI. 2. You'll need two adjustable wrenches to complete the assembly. 3. Put one of the adjustable wrenches on each of the axle nuts holding the tire on. You will need to use both simultaneously and there is no tool in the kit for doing this. 4. I'd recommend using the two adjustable wrenches for securing the other bolts and places well. 5. When putting the bolts in I would tighten them more than you might expect. The tubes are really solid and will not crush. Tightening them makes the cart very solid. It would be hard to put sufficient torque on those bolts with the small stamped wrenches supplied. 6. I would flip the bottom bracket upside down from what is shown on the assembly instructions. Not only does that make it easier to install, but it could keep the tabs on the end of the bracket from potentially making divots on a floor. It is better for the cart to rest on the flat bracket then on the tabs on the end of it. While I have not used the card yet, I'm impressed with its apparent strength when the bolts are sufficiently tightened. Decent cart for moving wood between my woodshed and the house. Even when assembled, it's a little 'loose' feeling, but it certainly does the job well. You have to be strategic with small cuts of wood, but it still works better than making a bunch of trips.

This cart has replaced the wheelbarrow for wood runs, it is much easier to maneuver, looks better and will fit through most doors so you can use this in place of a wood holder rather then having to transfer your logs.

After a a year and a half both tires have dry rotted. This was a wonderful carrier we used to tote wood from the pile to our fire pit. It was super easy to assemble, very sturdy and in great shape until the tire issue. Now it is completely unusable. Keep this in mind if you are using and storing it outdoors. Thought this was easy to assemble by myself. I didn’t bother with the provided tools and used my own. This is really handy and holds about a days worth of firewood so I don’t have to walk to the wood shed every few hours. My property is sloped and I can get about 3/4 load uphill and even go up a few short steps. I don’t know yet how it will hold up bouncing up and down the hill every day so we’ll see. Does make my life easier. Would be better if it had a liner to support the wood. I zip tied the box it came in the the frame to line it so the kindling and bits don’t fall through.
