The item arrived damaged. It had a minor crack in the 2nd top tier. I repaired it with epoxy resin and installed it. Everything seemed to work fine and I was happy till the 3rd and 4th wind storm. This thing was rated high for wind but it did not withstand. I even installed a water float to keep each tier full of water. I paid nearly $1000 for it. BIG investment. Also the pump never pumped enough water through it to create a proportionate fountain of water over the tiers. Fixes: I think I could repair the crack, fill the tiers with a few inches of concrete and install a new or upsized pump. If they would send me a new pump motor and a tier I would try it out and possibly change my review. We shall see. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ ... show more

The fountain works, but some of the part were warped, so I had to wedge metal washers between the tiers to try and make it look Straight and the water flow On both sides.

Look elsewhere for a fountain. Yes, it looks impressive, and it does. Arrived cracked, remember that it is fiberglass, although i fixed it, you can still see the crack. When put together it was crooked. Water would not flow evenly from all tiers. Poorly designed and manufactured. Use your hard earned money on something more worthwhile. ... show more
