Left it outside on my patio in Nebraska for a week and it has rust already. I'll probably just paint it with a high-temp paint. It does the job. *Update: Bowl broke when I was dumping rain water out of it less than 2 months after purchasing. Disappointed.

I actually really like this product. It looks very clean and was very easy to set up. I took it straight out of the box and went right outside. However as you can see it rained the next night and the entire thing is covered in rust. I might find some metal oriented spray paint that is heat resistant. However it was a little alarming that it rusted in one day ... show more

This is china steel that is stamped into a mold. Very thin by the way. We burn at my house and already had it glowing.

Not impressed on unpacking. Legs are hollow not solid. Cast Iron bowl? A bit flimsy for that. Looks like it will be a rust magnet. Will use this weekend and see how it holds up in the South Florida element. Waaaaay too pricey for what it is. If I get impressed I will upgrade review.

This does exactly what it's intended to do - other reviewers seem to have forgotten that this is cast iron, of course it will rust. Very easy setup and use, but the build quality is seriously lacking. The thickness of the cast bowl is probably in the neighborhood of 1/16-1/8 inch - very flexible and unstable. I expect I will get 5-6 uses out of this before it cracks or warps. If this were 1/3rd (or less) of the price, it would be worth it, but at its' current rate, I certainly don't see the value. ... show more
