Easy to put together, the bottom bowl is large so you don't have to fill daily, looks and sounds beautiful, LOVE IT! (I used a pump I already had, so can't comment on that)

The media could not be loaded. Although it cost a bit and made me nervous I believe it was worth every penny. I enjoy watching the neighborhood kids, birds, bees, and butterflies stop by to play and bathe or drink. Pretty simple to assemble. I like the volume of the water trickling down. It’s nice to open our windows and hear something peaceful. Usually it’s people talking walking by, construction, cars rumbling, or yard work being done. We get people who walk by just to admire the yard and listen to the sounds or enjoy the flowers. Very serene! On the cons side I’d like to share that it does have a good circle of splatter around it. Not sure if we leveled it correctly. Next year I’d definitely put some kind of netting over the filter so it doesn’t clog from leaves or dirt as often. Also if I could do anything differently I would NOT put pool safe dye in it. I thought for Halloween it would be fun to dye the water blood red.. What a mistake. Was able to scrub it down with Dawn dish soap and gently power wash most of the pink away. But I definitely did a little damage to it. Hoping it lasts many years.

is a very good fountain, but the pipe is so short to attach it to the pump. I got little trouble to make it work.the company has to make a little longer pipe to connect it to the pump. lets make future customers lives easier.

(1) The item weight is good for assembly, but may be bad outside in "windy" areas! (2) The pump hose/tubing to top tier of fountain is too short! (3) The external texture coating of the fountain parts will need some sort of additional coating/sealer to keep it from deterioration from sunlight/heat over time! (or pick your own color of quality paint/sealer and reapply over same -- just saying). (4) Lastly, the quality of "fit" to keep the parts level/horizontal are a "hit and miss" directly r/t the quality control issue(s) at the manufacture!

this fountain looks great. i had my own pump so i did not use the one provided (can't comment on that) I wanted a fountain the dripped into a pond this is not that. it is self contained. With a little work (drilling and putting in drain pipes,) it came out perfect. it could not be better. I was not really excited about the price at first, but that diminished when i plugged it in. it is really just beautiful

Although this is a beautiful fountain is NOT white or even off white. It is gray...close to cement gray. The pics and ad are very deceiving. I contacted the seller and they offered to take it back and give me a refund but I will just keep it and paint it. Too much trouble to ship it back. It is very pretty but the color is NOT!! Very odd color. I ask the seller why state that it is white when CLEARLY it is not and they had nothing to say except send it back. I told them they need to change the description but no response. So BEWARE...it is not white!!! Not even close to the color in the pics. If you are looking for white or off white this fountain is not for you...keep looking! I am hoping I can paint it a nice shade of white-ish and seal it with a sealant. I am only giving it one star bc I like the design but I do NOT like being deceived and the seller not explaIning why they state it is white when indeed IT IS NOT!!

We enjoy our back patio for the relaxation time in our life. This fountain is the perfect addition to enhance the beauty and the sound of a relaxing evening. The fountain was expertly packaged for a safe arrival and it is very simple to assemble.
