At first glance, this is a well-designed POS. The software is on the complex side. Sale records are not easy to find for processing returns. We use Meetsun as a backup system for Square in case of an internet issue. So Meetsun is rarely used. After one and a half years of "stand-by". It failed. It looks like it is an SSD hard drive failure. Meetsun tech support is nowhere to be found on the internet. I hope the hardware can be better, but you get what you pay for. A failure like this is lethal for a small business; so, do not use Meetsun as a stand-alone or primary POS. ... show more
