I liked the look and feel of this fountain, and I got it mostly because I wanted to hear the water splashing down, and most other fountains you don't hear the water splash at all but a loud water pump instead. in fact the pump that came with this unit wasn't the loudest I've heard, but was way too loud and I had to purchase a quieter one! For the cost, this unit was way way too small. From the photo's I pictured it at lase 6 inches taller. The look and coloring of this fountain is quite nice and if you place indoor plants around it it makes a big difference. But the one reason I bought it is why I didn't return it. And, that is being able to listen to the ambient noise of the water splashing down, the length of water fall was much greater than that of other fountains, and with an extremely quiet water pump the noise of splashing water is not too loud and not too soft but kind a perfect. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Itโ€™s a cute little fountain, and the water flowing sounds great. I put a couple of small rocks to break the waterfall a bit, muffling the flow. In my first review of this fountain, I said I was sending it back because of the big hum, but this morning I fiddled with the motor, turned it a few times, and the hum has quieted down a lot. I bought this for my husband as an early Christmas gift (2021). He really likes it, but I felt like it seemed a little plain by itself. I found some preserved reindeer moss in a contrasting color and hot glued it onto some ledges (see before and after photos). I also had to adjust one of the splash screens by tilting it downward which significantly quieted the sound of the splash. All in all we both really like it! The back where the pump is located is flat so it can be difficult to fill, even with a pitcher or even a funnel (the instructions say to keep the pump submerged at all times or it will burn out, and that it will hold about 3.5 cups of water). I may end up dressing this up a bit more with some small stones, but I do like it now that I've added the moss. ... show more

I have this in one of my office rooms where I do lipo laser therapy. The relaxing water sound offers just the right amount of relaxing white noise. All of my clients love it! *The small screens don't "fit" perfectly and, if the water hits the edge, the noise is too lour. Nice but the part of the pump that the hose slips onto was broken. I fixed it with RTV. Make sure pump doesn't touch the side or you may get a resonation of pump sound in the hollow body.

    • Low quality incense - but required for effect
Very pretty. This amazing thing works exactly as promised, but you just can't have a ceiling fan or any air movement in the room. They are generous with the incense that comes with, however, there were no instructions, no way to identify which incense was what scent, and the few that I tried were stinky, not high quality. Unfortunately you have to use their's to work because they have a hole pierced vertically through the cone that allows the smoke to be drawn down through the bottom to create the waterfall. ... show more

Not happy. It splashes. I canโ€™t use it indoors. Really bummed. Wanted it fir my office but no matter how much I adjust the flow and screen, it still splashes.
