Ok so I listened to this YouTube guy tell me the plus isn’t worth it, just use the normal one. So I get it and this thing is so easy it’s nothing. So I get the plus and man this is way better. It’s not heavy resistance but do it enough and you’ll burn. The regular model sucks. Pay the extra money for something way better. More rave of motion, more resistance and much more sturdy.

This is sooo much better than the sunny stepper with resistance bands! I hate doing squats, on this machine it makes squats fun! I also add a booty band around my legs above my knees for extra resistance. This thing gets my heart rate up! My heart rate gets up into the 140’s, which is way over fat burning zone for my age. I watch the videos on YouTube and there’s extra workouts you can do on this machine that I didn’t know about. Very helpful! I went with this machine over the others. I like that it has 4 resistance bands and it folds up. It’s affordable other than the DB method machine and who needs Jillian Michaels anyway?! You’re paying for the brand and her endorsing it! 🙄 Go with this one! Oh and watch YouTube to assemble this, it’s faster than looking at directions and being overwhelmed by the exploded diagram of ALL the parts!

Received this today. I purchased the plus model because I liked that it had 4 tension cords and was foldable for easy stow away. Im in pretty good shape and go to the gym regularly to lift weights and run or ride the machines. I wanted to make sure what I was buying had enough tension for me. Basically I spent an extra 100 bucks to get the 4th cord. The box was about 40 lbs and too awkward for me at 57 yo and 120 lbs to carry up the stairs to my condo so I pushed the box up the stairs long ways and thankfully had success. When I opened the box and saw all the pieces /parts I was initially overwhelmed then I noticed the bulk of the rower is pre-assembled so I was a bit relieved. I’m good at putting things together but this still took me about 1.5 hrs. The instructions were a bit complicated. If you are not good at putting things together, good luck, you will need help. I rode it for the first time tonight. I was able to manage 3 cords. Didn’t try 4 yet. I have mixed feelings. As many have said it is fun to ride. I was pleased that my heart rate increased quickly as I want to burn calories. You can go fast and do hiit, or go more slowly. I was really hoping to get more toning and muscle work out of this but im not certain being in the shape I am that I will. I felt my lower quads and back muscles working some but sadly not much in the butt or ab area. I think it’s important to use this with good form and squeeze your muscles as you ride or someone already in shape may not get any benefits other than cardio. For someone new to exercise, or a novice, I think it’s a good buy to get moving. The jury is still out though on if I think this will be beneficial for me. I will update my review in a month or so. The machine itself seems sturdy. Not sure if it was 200+ dollars well spent yet, but as stated earlier I’m glad I got the plus with 4 tension cords or I may have been disappointed. If you squat already, you will want to continue to do so as I can see this machine will not replace or replicate the many benefits of that exercise nor utilize all the muscles that a barbell and weights does.

Not the easiest thing to assemble but not crazy difficult. One thing I don’t like is that the pedals are too high. Getting on the machine feels awkward before starting to do the exercise. Once I get going it’s ok but it’s uncomfortable to mount and dismount. Moving the seat back puts too much of a stretch for my liking. Seat is comfortable. Hand grips are comfortable. Machine is well built. I haven’t used the resistance bands yet but get a good workout without them for now. I feel like I got a good deal and I believe this machine will be good exercise for me for a long time to come.

This will kick your butt in a good way. I’m 66 years old & not overweight & I’m truly enjoying it. BUT there’s no way I can attach the resistant cords just yet. Soon tho. Three things to keep in mind. 1. U really need to have two good knees for this otherwise it could be difficult IMO. 2. To put it together correctly when it arrives… go to their YouTube channel. That makes it a breeze. Maybe takes an hour at most if u go slowly. 3. It will take some time and fiddling around to get the seat & handlebar adjustments that work best 4U… and make sure the cushioned bar UNDERNEATH the seat is moved to the max setting bcuz if the seat isn’t level u can put too much strain on your knees and it’s awkward to ride otherwise IMO. This is going to get daily use. No clothes hanger in site. Lol Bonus… it folds & moves easily & I'm not very strong. This company has thought of everything. A super good value too.

Had to give up my vertical climber it was too much for my 63 old knees.I came across this Row-N Ride Plus machine.I was hoping that it wouldn't give me knee pain. It came in two days I assemble it in under an hour. Look at the sunny exercise videos which were very informative. To my surprise after using it for 4 sets of 25 it work out my glutes and my entire body and with no knees pain and it is great for cardio also . This was a great buy for me the machine is built to take 300lbs per person.you can adjust the seat for deeper squatting.It also comes with a meter to tell your calories, time, and counter and the battery comes in the box.
