My titan rack came with a set of dip bars, but I never cared for them. The diameter was too narrow and the plastic ends were slippery even with chalk. These are much larger diameter and have a light to medium knurling. The geometry of the bars is very rack and user dependent, but for me these are just right and allow for heavier weight. I am close to maxing out their capacity with weighted dips, but so far they can handle 300 pounds. The only con is the locking pins are smaller than my rack wholes, no fault of the product, and it does not seem to affect how they work. ... show more
