I use a similar machine at the gym and like it so much I had to have one for home. The same one as the gym has was over $1000. This one at only $299 is probably not as beefy as the one at the gym but is plenty durable for a household. Assembly was so simple.     • DEFINITELY THE BEST CHEAPEAST STRETCH MACHINE
So I’m a basketball player/Security guard that works in a nursing home and I was trying to find a way to do some type of committed stretching without having to fight myself to get on the floor, but this def given me what I needed, I would say that weighted mobility workouts are better in the long run but stretching has shown to improve sleep quality, so all in all it was pretty worth it I use it everyday and it allows me to stretch out before bed without having to get on the dirty floor and it’s easy to get into and I’m 6’4. Hope this helps! FYI if you want more flexibility/mobility i would opt for weighted stretching/mobility but if you like to stretch especially before bed this is great if you have the finances! Lastly, Im a follower of Jesus and Amazon has products that are great but one day we will all pass away and we can’t bring the products with us so i would encourage anyone reading to check out the historical resurrection of Jesus Christ!     • Good Machine but Assembly Instructions are Not
This is a pretty standard gym back stretching machine. I would not recommend this for large men as stability for heavy people is questionable. Assembly was pretty straightforward but the assembly diagrams are pretty cryptic. Best to just look at the photo and go from there.

This is exactly what I wanted; what I used to have at gym. I am able to achieve deep stretches for lower back and hips, as well as other stretches. If you can't get to gym, this will help with stretching.
