Arrived quick; thanks to Prime delivery. All accessories were in. There are wall mounting issues: 1. Screws and wall anchors don't match. Screw s were loose and kept falling. I had to improvise. Fortunately I found a wood strut behind the dry wall and put in a lager screw on top hole and anchored it. I put in a supplied screw and drove it into the drywall through one of the 2 small screw holes; without the poor quality wall anchors supplied. The other one remains loose within the supplied wall anchor. 2. The spring gets caught in the middle adjusting screw when the unit was pushed close to the wall. Very annoying design flow. Other than these the unit is functional for my light weight LED light. I am not sure it will be good for attaching a heavy condenser microphone. Friends be prepared to improvise. ... show more

Very easy to install, only 3 screws and very sturdy when mounted. The arm is high quality for the price and is comparable to higher end models. Great value and will meet the needs of most of, if not all users.
