They were packaged really well. And I really like the bag that comes with it. It’s nice that it has some YouTube how to use.They are great in the water. Definitely heavy duty. You will definitely get a good workout. These are not lightweight when using them in the water. So be ready for a workout.

They were well made, and arrived timely. I bought these because the hand hold bar was longer than others. I wanted to put them under my arms for added buoyancy for a deep water aerobics class. Although they were long enough, the bell portion is larger around than the medium weight and has sharp edges. It cut into my arms. In addition, they offered too much resistance for me to push them below the surface of the water. They just weren't a good fit for me. I returned them.

This is one of my best purchases ever on Amazon. I previously owned a more expensive pr that were supposedly Heavy Weight, but these are far superior, offering more resistance. Using these in the pool is a real workout, I'd say equivalent to 10lbs each when submerged. Plus, they can float me at 5'9", 190 lbs.!!! The handles don't force you to hold onto them, another bonus.

Love these!! I keep them beside my pool to use under the water for a great arm workout! Our city pool uses them for morning water aerobics. I can definitely feel the burn when I use them in my pool during my daily workouts! So much fun and very lightweight. My teenage daughter laughed at me when she saw how lightweight they were until I showed her how to use them in the water. Then she felt the burn, too!! Fun way to tone arms and not sweat to death!
