This is the belt you want. I took adult swim class and everyone was drowning and struggling until they let us have these bad boys. With the belts almost every participant was swimming laps like Michael Phelps. But the good part is that once you get the mechanics with the belt, they carry over to beltless swimming.     • Keep Me Afloat
This belt does what it's supposed to by keeping me afloat while doing water aerobics. However the belt must be extremely tight so it doesn't slip up, so it's not very comfortable. According to others in my aerobics class their belts (all different brands) do the same thing.

I have used this product and the Speedo swim belt. The Speedo belt was much more supportive. This belt does not feel like it is holding me up in the water as well as the Speedo did. I use it to exercise in a pool. I weigh around 140 pounds.

I bought this belt for my sister in law who had recently gained some weight and needed to work out a bit more without putting pressure on her joints or her heart. I think this will do the trick as it is adjustable and seems like it will fit most body types.

Color: Swim Belt High Density EVA Foam
I am supposed to be working on traction with a flotation device and ankle weights. My pool is not deep so I need it to stay around my waist to keep my high enough out of the water so my feet don't touch the bottom of the pool. But this rides up so it does not serve it's purpose.
