Update: So I ended up receiving an entire bed instead of just the two steps that I needed. They said instead of me having to wait a whole month to receive seperate items that it was more efficient to just send the whole bed instead because it would get there faster. Lmao! I was cracking up while reading it. I am not complaining at all. Built this in a few hours on my own. It definitely moves/shakes when you climb up. Love the desk aspect of it, fits my sons computer and several figures. At first it squeaked a lot, but after going on reddit and looking at ways to stop it, I just had to go over screws and tighten them where I heard the squeaks. My son loves it so I love it, even though it makes me nervous with him being up so high. I forgot to mention that it was missing two legs for one of the ladders. On the instructions it says to contact an email about it so I did. I completely forgot about it until today because I was going through my sent emails to see that I never got a response from them. So I left a review on the seller and they got back to me very fast and said they would send me replacements, so we will see.

Purchased this for my son who commutes to college. He needed the extra space for a desk setup. This bed fit the room perfect. Easy to setup up, great quality. It has a built-in desk and space to put a separate corner desk asal well. It looks great in the room. The only downside is the ladder steps are hard for your feet, so we bought black pool noodles and cut them to have cushion. All in all the bed is perfect for school age to college kids. Thank you!

Although my bed did arrive a little damaged, could still put it together. Assuming it happened in shipping. They made it right and I appreciate that! Perfect for the room, only thing I wish was a smidge different was that the ladder had flat bars instead of rounded! Other than that it’s perfect! noise level is low and he loves it!

I got this loft bed for my 4yr old daughter. The bed was assembled upon arrival just to finish the build and the bed is made with hallowed out thin metal. Even anchored to the wall the bed is extremely wobbly. The ladder is very painful to walk up. I put in for a return/refund before the 30 day window. The company then messaged me to just offer me a $30 refund because I got “a good deal. I have been going back and forward with a representative from the company and they are refusing me a full refund. Do not buy from this company. They are horrible to work with and make horrible products.

It looks identical to the pictures. I did have an issue with was it being wobbly. The anchors provided just aren’t enough to stabilize the bed. We added additional anchors to secure it to the wall, and my daughter loves it. I also want to add that I addressed the stability issue with the seller, and they reimbursed me for the added cost of stabilization.

This is not a very sturdy setup. Luckily I have twins and I was able to hose clamp them both together to be a lot more stable. Shake things off the shelf when climbing up- maybe bolt it to the wall.
