Had this a week, so far no issues, no leaks, quiet pump. Purchased some 37mm camera colored filters for the 4 lights, I think it's better than what some people do to try and change the color such as add food-coloring to the water, will see once these lenses arrive- coming from China no doubt as they take 3 weeks. But the fountain seems very nice. Also ordered a remote plug-in switch for this, which will make things much easier than unplugging the cords. Purchased a small rug to put underneath, but no leaks with this and hopefully never does.

I've always wanted a fountain in my backyard to add some elegance and sound ambiance to my space. I looked into other fountains and found them to be very tiny for the affordable ones and very expensive for the larger ones. I am very happy with this fountain, as it is tall, beautiful, and easy to set up and maintain. Set up took about 20 minutes from start to finish and then all I had to do was plug it in and enjoy it. I've read other reviews where people stated that the pump was loud, however, mine is very quiet and I can't hear the motor at all over the trickling stream. Everyone who comes over to our house says that they love the fountain and I have enjoyed the relaxing and soothing sound that the water makes. I highly recommend this fountain to anyone looking to add some style to their yard, without having to break the bank.

The media could not be loaded. This fountain is unique and quiet stunning with a tweak and a couple exceptions. Set up was a breeze. Not too heavy. I added rocks to the first spout to make the bubbling noise. Otherwise, with it running in the highest position it’s very quiet and I wanted water sounds. I don’t hear the pump running at all. As you can see in my pictures two places the pattern is screwed up. Strange how that got past Quality Control. It does take away some of its beauty and now I can’t stop noticing it. It’s too big a hassle to return, so I’m living with it. I’m a little sad because it took me a long time to save up for the splurge. Lastly, I did raise it up a little on a platform I made.

This is an updated fountain from an earlier model that I also loved. This model has brighter lights and looks stunning at night. It has a more attractive design to the bowls and making the top bowl into a pitcher was a good design change too. My only problem was that the pump included with it didn't work at all. Fortunately, I was able to replace it with a good working one for about ten bucks . I like it so much that I'm ordering another one for the front yard. I'm replacing the old model because I like this one so much better. The first one of this newer model I placed on my back deck. It's not particularly cheap. You can find nice fountains for less. But this is the most beautiful of the many fountains I've had over the years. It also needs less maintenance than many I've had as the water reservoir is large enough to not need refilling more than once a month or less often depending on how hot the weather is.

Arrived securely boxed. All parts in box. Simple easy assembly. Nice fountain . A bit high priced but any more you get what you pay for. I had a simple issue, and the seller contacted me for any resolution of the slight issue. The customer service from these folks is beyond premiere. They were there until the issue was taken care of. Hassle free service. These folks stand behind their product 1000%. Trust me on this fountain, if you would find any issue during the warranty period, they would take care of it and best of all in a timely manner. They also sell after warranty parts if needed. Lights- pump etc. which is nice. I wish all sellers were as great as these folks have been. You will not be disappointed purchasing this fountain from these folks guaranteed. The fountain sits in a corner on the deck, nice and tall and really sounds pleasant. The fountain is just as pictured. The lights really do it justice ( Just wished upper bowl had a light in it then would be perfect). This fountain if cared for as it should be especially in winter months will last. Water removed placed inside during harsh winter months covered (this way it does not freeze and crack) This fountain if taken care of will give you lots of seasonal enjoyment.. Again, easy assembly and quick set up. Perfect for any addition to your deck décor. I hope to have this fountain for several summer seasons. Its all about the care of the unit. Looking for a nice fountain for summer ambience? I highly suggest you consider this nice fountain backed completely by the seller. Take care of it and it should give you several seasons of enjoyment.

At first, I was excited for the item, however it began to malfunction soon after. The set up is easy but it leaks from the bottom tremendously. So the waterfall only works for a few hours before you have to access the leak and refill the water. It is not worth 200 dollars at all. Unfortunately, I missed the return window because I waited to assemble it.

1st. Off I wanna say that the fountain is very pretty is the perfect size for where I am putting it.I will echo what others have said in the fact that it is not very loud. The pump is not very loud as others have said. The sound of the water is faint. It didn't take very long to put together and set up. I spilt some water during filling so I will wait to update this later if I do detect any leaks but so far it looks fine. I did use one of the cushion tabs to block the bottom hole halfway. I did this to increase the sound of the fountain water going into the reservoir to try to make it a little bit louder. I'm going to search through the questions and comments to see if there are ways to make it a little bit louder Without creating a splatter splash or spilled situation. Overall happy with the product.
