When I received the chair I was expecting the shorter screws and the terrible instructions but I was pleasantly surprised. My son and I put it together in about 20 minutes. All screws fit. Maybe they actually listen to our reviews and fixed the problems. It's a very classy sturdy chair.

My husband said it was a little bit off in assembling. He had to re-drill holes because they weren't correctly lined up. Using the chair to assist my 90 year old parent has been really appreciated by her. The chair is comfortable and compliments the basin I purchased for washing her hair.

Chairs arrived promptly. I only have one concern and that is that the screws are too long to be tightened with the bolts for the bottom things on the chair. It leaves space showing the screw. It still holds the chair together but I am a little nervous to see how it will hold up once I have clients wearing the chair out. I did not see an option to contact the seller to ask about this. Also, one of my chairs cushion handle came lifted up from the base and I am not sure how to fix it. I don't think it will be an issue though. Otherwise the chairs look great. I have sat in them and they recline with no problem. So I have given this product 4 stars. The chairs have minor hardware issues but shipping was fast, chair is as described, looks great, works great, price is good, and was easy to put together. Perfect for my small salon.

I purchased this chair to be able to wash and dye my 84 year old mother's hair from home. Going to the beauty salon is no longer an option for us. This chair reclines beautifully and is the right height to line up to her salon style sink. I was a bit nervous based on the reviews, but then all the salon chairs I looked at had similar reviews, so I thought I'd give this one a try. I'm glad I did. There was one review that helped me for assembly; it mentioned that there is a right and left arm. The parts aren't labeled and the instructions are basically worthless. That being said, there are only 5 parts to assemble. Common sense and a photo of the finished product is all you need. The hardware was correct. I had no issues with bolts being too long or too short. I'd recommend this chair.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Chair is comfy but wobbles because screws get loose. I have to tighten screws daily. I didn’t return it because Buy Rite Beauty doesn’t make returns easy.
