Make sure you have great car insurance
Wish I could leave 0 stars, amp was professionally installed and caught on fire 14hrs later. This is not the first Sundown amp I have had that’s done this. Sundown needs to do something about this.

Decent power.
It's a decent amp, I've noticed that at high volume the amplifier will turn off if the clipping light goes off. I probably need to add a larger alternator. I already have a extra battery in the trunk. Overall not bad. I have it on 3 kicker 12 inch c12s and it's rocking windows and it's in the trunk of my 83 Lincoln. ... show more

Everything was fine except that it says it has a bass boost and the amp I received did not. I'm using this for subwoofers and would of liked to had this feature. Not fully what was described.

Great fit
Great watts for the price, despite returning it for fosgate T1500.1bdcp. i like the sound of my 2 8's using the sundown amp better. I may switch back

Worked good til it didn’t
Amp worked great for the whole 2 months til it caught on fire. Professionally installed wiring and amplifier. Wiring still great and amplifier stays in protect mode after it filled the cab with smoke. Bought in November and first of February took a dump.
