I bought this amp to power 2 sundown audio e12 v4s on stock electrical and so far so good amp does not get hot what so ever and sounds excellent!! Very impressed with overall build quality and sound quality definitely worth the price in my opinion. ONLY COMPLAINT (minor complaint) is the voltage meter on the bass knob is pretty bright during the day it’s zero problem but at night depending on your mounting location could be a little too bright. Bought this Salt1.5 because I didn’t want any extra batteries or capacitors with a stock vehicle electrical system and paired it with a single Sundown 12 and honestly it is ridiculously powerful and underrated for sure. Check out some amp dyno footage. Wired my 7 year old Sundown audio SA-12.v1.rev3 at two ohm rated 750rms and this thing SLAPS lows like x2 old school 12s. Can’t beat the quality for the price imo. This thing sounds amazing. The output is way more then it's rated for. I have it on a resilient sounds gold v2 18. It's pricey but so worth it.

Finally started making smaller salt amps for those of us that aren't building monster systems. Salt series is premium amplifier. Stands for sundown audio low voltage technology. If you can afford the salt series get it. You will not be disappointed.
