My stomach really doesn't like regular vitamins, so for the past few years I've been using gummy vitamins, which taste better and go down easier. The Sundown Naturals versions are a lot smaller than other brands like vitafusion and other brands. These are low in sugar (2 grams per serving) but still taste good to your tongue. You get your full RDA on things like vitamins C, D and B-12, but only 50% of Vitamins A, Niacin, B-6 and Panthothenic Acid. Most gummy vitamins give you higher RDA percentages than these, which also takes into account why they are so much larger than this particular type. Twenty dollars for a three-pack of 50 gummies each (which is what Amazon.com is currently selling these for at the time of my review) is a big high-priced. The kind I usually get are ten dollars for a pack of 90, so I could actually by two packs of my regular kind and get more gummies and for less than the Sundown Natural three pack. As such, I'll probably stick my usual gummy vitamins, but this was an okay for a change. ... show more

When I first heard about gummie vitamins, I had some concerns about children confusing them with regular candy and taking too many. And when the adult versions came out? I shook my head again, because adults should be grown-up enough to take their vitamins in regular form. Just another example of adults acting like kids....except I'm apparently one of those big kids who doesn't take her grown-up vitamins because they're nasty and huge and make me want to gag half the time. Despite my misgivings, these actually work because I'm now taking my vitamins every day like a good girl! Regular vitamins are probably more cost effective (one per day vs two gummies per day), but not taking vitamins vs taking gummie vitamins is better than nothing, right? These are supposed to be three flavors, but I can't really tell them apart and they just have a mild fruity flavor to me. The gummi format makes it easy for me to take them every day, plus I feel like I'm getting away with something because I'm eating "candy" first thing in the morning! ... show more

Great adult gummy. Easy to chew, great tasting (probably the best gummy vitamin I've ever had), and decent offering of 15 essential nutrients. Also, very low sugar, which is something to remember when taking a gummy. If you're like me and hate swallowing supplements but still feel compelled to take them for their health benefits, then you need to go gummy! I have, love it, and would totally use these again.
