The cover started to unravel on one end of it! The stakes that went in the ground broke after second use! The cover itself kept the cold off my plants that was great. The quality of it should have been better I think!

If it’s very windy the poles come apart. And the end connectors , before it arches , come through the plastic.

    • The wind is not your friend.
I would actually give this a 4 star rating because it is what it is and does what it's supposed to. However, when people look at reviews they look at the best in the worst. This is a decent greenhouse for the price that you buy it for, but if you have anything more than a slight breeze it is basically a kite staking to the ground and it will take off. With that in mind, I have made several adjustments to it that you should consider before you buy. Inside the joints you should probably apply some kind of caulk or adhesive so that they stay together and do not blow apart. If you are not going to dig little holes in concrete it into the ground, which is the other reason I suggest adhesive on the joints otherwise it will blow off from the legs or the even the center of the tops, then you will definitely need weights and ropes to weigh it down so if the wind comes blowing it does not blow away. I currently have one leg that is completely broken off, another one that is close to it. One that has a bent bottom that is supposed to go into the ground. and then where the steaks connect to the outer part of the greenhouse film, when that wind blows if it doesn't rip the steaks out of the ground it might rip the rope out of the seams causing it to start to unravel. Which is an easy fix with either duct tape or caulk again. But this is all a forewarning if you would like a cheap greenhouse. I will update review with pictures later on ... show more

    • A great buy, but not for high wind areas
Directions are very basic. However, the unit assembled easily with two people. Better directions could be helpful for leveling and positioning the stakes. Our plants are kept warm and we have added an inexpensive electric heater for the colder months. Good set up, good materials, it is a good buy product for the price. ... show more

    • Flimsy frame
Much flimsier frame that looks like it will collapse in a 10 - 15 mph wind. The cover will not be installed until late November so time will tell, but based on the frame I would not buy this one again. We get some storms during the winter on the gulf coast with winds as high as 30 - 40 mph so I expect something that can stand up to a reasonable wind. This might but it sure doesn't look like it. It's replacing one that lasted several years until a storm destroyed it last winter. ... show more
