Delivered on time, easy to put together, however 1 connector missing. I e-mailed their customer service department, told them of my dilemma and after a few questions such as was the package damaged etc. It was but not where the connectors were and damage was light, no inner parts damaged. Only issue is that the shelves do not fit well, had to use zip ties to fasten them. It is I feel very sturdy and for the price, its OK. Today I received a package containing what looks like enough fittings to assemble another green house. That's pretty KEWL!!! ... show more

I finally put it up and the zippers fell off like paper! The instructions have no words very very confusing! Had to go online to go a someone that explained it. I’m great at putting things together and building things so once I got started it was pretty easy but it’s unstable. No matter how you put it in the dirt a good wind and everything will fall. Hello this is the second green house I have owned the first lasting around 4 years I bought a new one and got it all set up and noticed it has a tear in the roof seam.i was hoping sundale would be able to send me the new plastic for the green house so the whole thing don't need to be torn apart and shipped back I have looked for ways to contact them in the Amazon app and I get a 404 error to there website. I bought this greenhouse to replace a similar one (a different brand) that fell apart (the wind got the better of it shortly after I put it up for its second season here in NE Ohio). While the two are similar in size, this one is much sturdier than the old one. The connecting pieces are much heavier, and the cover fits better (the cover on the old one never quite fit right, so the door only zipped at best about halfway shut. As a result, the wind got up inside and blew it across the yard, breaking many of the connecting pieces and shredding the cover. With this new one, the cover zips shut, so when we are having high wind gusts (30+mph), I make sure the door is zipped shut, and all is well. This one also has a bracing piece across the top at the rear, which helps stabilize it. I use it seasonally, putting it up in April and taking it down once the tomatoes and peppers that I start from seed can go into the garden. I use cinder blocks both inside and out to keep it secure. The door is south facing, and our winds come from the west, so the east side of the greenhouse is the most vulnerable to the winds, so it gets more blocks. The media could not be loaded. Cover didn't last a year, not weather proof. Please send me my money back, so I can buy something else. Easy to assemble. Nice size. Do you have a clear plastic cover? Update-Amazon was nice about the holes in my greenhouse cover. They refunded my money back in a gift card so I could buy another one. ... show more
