Highest setting is 250. The hair was not slick/bone straight. Curls were straightened, but puffy.

My hair looked okay after using this hair straightener. The temperature can get up to 220 degrees Celsius, so that should be over 400 in Fahrenheit. Even though it is listed as that temperature on the box and product, I didn't feel like it got to that temperature. It took a really long time to heat up. I thought the straightener was easy to use, but it felt very cheap. My hair could have been straighter, but it was nice enough for work. I doubt I continue to use this straightener, as the performance wasn't amazing. However, the price is so low, it might work for people on a budget. ... show more
