I purchased this product to replace a hammock that I’ve owned for the last two years and was a bit disappointed. The material is way too stretchy (although comfortable) and the knots are not tied the same length across the hammock (seemed to be a bit off). In addition, each end of the hammock was not tied securely as it’s missing the rings to thread the rope through so the materials slides up and down the rope making it difficult to balance on. The seller did reach out and resolve the matter by finding a solution that was acceptable to both parties and offered a variety of options to ensure that the product met the needs of the consumer, which I was grateful for. ... show more
