    • A Must Have Electric Blanket! I Have Already Ordered A Second Blanket!
Color: Pebble Gray Size: Twin

I chill easily and also use heat to help with my severe arthritis. This twin sized Sunbeam Royal Ultra Fleece Heated Electric Blanket is FANTASTIC and exceeded all of my expectations! - Quality: Outstanding quality of design, materials, and construction. Long plug in cord is helpful in case the nearest electric outlet is a ways away. 12 heat settings on an illuminated control that are easy to see and adjust. - Comfort: So warm, comfortable, and cozy you won't want to take this electric blanket off! The blanket is soft and lightweight. Heat is evenly distributed throughout the blanket. - Appearance: The pebble colored I ordered is very pretty and will blend with any decor. - Use: This twin size is very handy and versatile. Great for cuddling up at night on a chair of chair and ottoman when reading, doing crossword puzzles, or watching TV at night (see night photo). Great for traditional bed use on one side of a king sized bed, for a person such as myself who likes bedding to be much warmer than my husband does. - Value: The current $49.28 price is a terrific value. I love this blanket so much that I have already ordered a second blanket! I highly recommend this product. ... show more

    • Tests Fine & Works Great
Color: Indigo Blue Size: Twin
Purchased to save money on heating oil this Fall and Winter. We have 3 of these and will use them in certain rooms instead of raising the temperature for the entire house. The blankets have 12 levels of heating (1 to 12) but I have never had to set them above heat setting 6 and time above 4 hours. It's a good product. ... show more

    • Sunbeam is NOT what it was.
Color: Matcha Green Size: Full
Well, I bought this blanket because I had extreme faith in Sunbeam - for years, and years, and years, I had Sunbeam electric blankets. I still have one from ~2018, 2019. On Black Friday I decided to buy this as our existing blanket is Twin sized and I wanted a full size. Product did not spark joy. Fabric was atrocious. Extremely thin and not soft. Imagine the cheapest, lowest-quality polyester clothing imaginable, that was this blanket. The wire did not cover the entire surface area of the blanket and also, when it heated up, it specifically heated up just the wire. I don't want to sleep under a metal wire. Our existing Sunbeam blanket also had a wire (obviously they work like that) but it would heat up the area around it and the fabric was thick enough to mask it. I didn't even think our previous blanket was particularly high quality but it seems LUXURY compared to this. This overall just feels cheaply manufactured. The remote on the old blanket had weight to it, this remote felt cheap and light and hollow and I could tap it with my nail and it sounded like nothing was inside it. What happened to the quality from this company? I'm really bummed out. I know that these blankets do not last and are often cheap. That's precisely why I went with Sunbeam, and I felt my expectations were NOT met whatsoever. Very bad, very sad. ... show more

    • It works.
Color: Burgundy / Claret Size: Twin
Just ok. Nothing special. I buy twin size for my double bed. It covers the entire top. It works ok. I like that it’s thin, doesn’t have that crazy Sherpa that gets all knotted. I am disappointed in the color. Not a big deal but it’s really not burgundy, almost a cross between burgundy and brown. Not pretty, but keeps me warm. ... show more

    • Not perfect heated blanket!
Color: Indigo Blue Size: Queen
The blanket is not as nice quality as my previous Sunbeam heated blanket but it is adequate. My only complaint and I bought a king size is that there is a section running right down the middle of the blanket where there are no wires so that 1 foot section doesn't heat.

    • Good but some issues
Color: Pebble Gray Size: King
I'd begun this with a 4 star rating, but after over a month's use I bumped it down a star. The good: Blanket is comfortable and there's little interference from the built-in heating wires. On some blankets the wires are clearly seen. Not so with this. Also, the controls are easy to use and understand. Press the power button to start up using previous settings. Adjustments are made for temperature with the button the left and timer settings with the button on the right. The issues: The controls make a loud clicking sound. Best to set everything up before you go to sleep because if you decide to turn it on or change it during the night you most likely will wake up your partner. (I know from experience!) It's loud! Think one of those party clickers. The other main problem is temperature variation over time. When I first used the blanked, a "2" setting was fine. I now start with a "5" but maybe an hour or two later I'll wake up very hot and turn it off or back down to "2". The house thermostat has stayed the same. Another issue is that the power light stays on (although dim) once the timer stops. At first I was thinking I'd somehow left the blanket on until I realized it was just how it works. You can turn the light off by pressing the power button. Not sure why the light can't just stay off when the blanket is off, but it is what it is. A lesser issue is the thinness of the blanket. The difference is noticeable by comparison to my old Sunbeam blanket that this one replaced. It may be an advantage in the summer, but for the winter I've added another thin blanket on top of this. ... show more

My wife uses this daily, and it was a Christmas gift over 2 years ago. Quality brand and always works great. Heats very well.
