    • Defective and took forever to arrive
The price was right but only one of the two worked. I was only cutting light weeds and grass. It immediately broke the string and would not release. then it unraveled and was worthless. Very disappointed and the kicker was that I had to wait F O R E V E R to even get this terrible item.

    • Replacement Spools Are Poorly Designed
The spool that came with the grass trimmer worked well. I had no hesitancy to order a replacement spool. The replacement spool worked for a short time when the line snapped off and could not be recovered. I then ordered 2 more based on my original experience. The first replacement was completely used up when used for three feet of trimming. The other replacement spool totally unraveled after trimming only one foot. The line is horrible. The line runs out so fast. Plus it’s hard to find both ends to feed it through the holes. I bought 4 and had to use them all in one day. Ridiculous. Shame on Sunjoe for such a horrible product
