Line cutter works easily. I was able to get 16 rolls of 14 foot line, which is 224 feet. Marked the middle of the line with a black permanent marker and put a rubber band around it. So now I have 16 rolls ready to go.

Haven't used it yet, but mine didn't come with the line cutter and it looks like maybe some of it has been used. Could be just the way it's packaged, but I'm suspicious. Not worth sending it back, of course.

Love it. Came from a thinner line on a toro. The line does hold up better but I do still burn through it pretty quickly. I have a large paver stone patio which is a hotbed for weeds. So I’m tough on the stuff. I did find I can run it at a very low rpm and busts the weeds. The line works just as good as the precut packs. ... show more

In my book every EGO product gets five stars and this edger line is no exception. Works absolutely great and is super strong. It will cut through things that I did not think my edger would ever be able to get through. I highly recommend this and it’s the only string I will be using from now on!
