I love my SunJoe! It is light enough to use with one hand. It is very powerful. The battery is unbelievable! I thought I would need two, not at all. I till around my vegetable plants and in 30 minutes I’ve not even used one bar on the charge indicator. My garden has been tilled with a heavier tiller, so the ground is soft. I’m sure the SunJoe can dig harder packed dirt, but I’m not going to put it to that kind of test. I only use it to grind up weeds in my garden. It is small and can get in between plants in my tightly packed garden.

The item I received looked very sturdy however, I couldn’t use it because it had a cap over one of the connections that couldn’t be removed and made it impossible to use. The seller did try to work with me and for that I will give them the stars that I’m giving them.

This is an easy to use tiller and works great for around the house gardens and shrubbery areas. The battery is powerful and lasts a long time. It is light weight so that it is easy to move around and for a battery operated device it is inexpensive. A lot of other battery operated tillers did not come with a battery and charger, but this one does all for a reasonably low price.

I was very hopeful when garden tiller arrived that it would do the job. I've purchased battery operated chain saws and blowers and they are great. This tiller however doesn't work in my garden or trying to re-seed the bare spots in my yard. It would be fine if you used it on loose soil that just needs light raking to plant.

I had the black and decker which was not working as well as I hoped. It's a good tiller for smaller jobs. But not for what I needed. So I got the Sun Joe Tiller. It was more than adequate for tilling the 12' by 40' greenhouse I have. The unit is light weight and can get into tight corners. I like the way the tines can be removed quickly to remove vegetation that gets wrapped around the tines. Battery life is suppose to be 30 minutes if you run it constantly. But I have never gotten below half way.

This tiller is awesome. I am older and my hands have been bothering me so I ordered this to till in my 30 + year garden area and to clear some weeds in flower beds. When i first got it together and tried it one of the wheels fell off..I noticed the cotter pin that holds them on was missing. I contacted the company and they sent me 2 wheels with cotter pins... Wow all I requested was the cotter pin, however, they went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. The battery life on this thing is great!! I am feeling quite accomplished in the garden again.... super happy!

this is a good product for the money. It rips the weeds out by the roots. Because it does you do have to unwrap the weeds from the cutters. Which some times require removing the blades. It does seem to overheat when the weeds wrap around the unit so you have to watch close for the weeds to get caught. Once weeds are removed it breaks the ground up very well.
