This trumpet is nice. It came very very new. I am completely sure it came straight from a Chinese factory! All the valves and tubes are completely shiny, even on the inside!! Standard mouthpieces fit perfectly no juggling at all!! The bell seems a tad bigger than other trumpets in the same price range. Valve sticks despite oiling, but I didn’t have the patience to wear it down. Wanted to return it while still new. The horn has a slight angle on the leadpipe that make me sound funny. It took some finagling for me to make a normal sound. This is not an issue for beginners since they’re not used to a specific leadpipe. It is not terribly bright in sound. There are similarly priced horn that sound brighter. Also, it came inside a white foam box with a very light weight carrying case. I think most musicians young or old will find this difficult to accept unless this instrument completely replaces a trumpet. So overall, brand brand new trumpet, have to work through oiling valve many times until it doesn’t stick (it can be done, happens on all very new instruments) works best if you’re taking a trumpet to the junk yard and bringing back the case, ‘cos this doesn’t really have one. ... show more
