we got this mattres to replace a regular interspring that was on firm side of the scale. Its description has the out side as well as a section across the middle with a stronger more supportive spring. This and that its listed as med firm sold us even though we had never gotten a bed in a box before. When it arrived we placed in the spare room to fully open and air out as some of the reviews stated we should do. This step wasn't really nessasary because it opened right up and there really wasn't a pronounced smell at all. We were immediately taken with quality and feel of the top. After the first night sleeping on it I can say that the edge coils really do help as there is no sag when I get close it. The mid section may be more supportive than the shoulder and leg but I don't know that I would call it med firm. Im 6ft 220 lbs and feel like this is more accurately discribed as med support. As we got close to the returns time frame I reached out to suiforlun to ask if they made this model in a more firm version. They wrote back promptly and I was told unfortunately they do not but offered a firm topper adjust the support. All said they refunded the money to purchase the top. I can't say enough good about the customer service. To sum up the quality and construction are amazing and the service was just as great im only leaving off a star because of med firm. If you are thinking about a bed in a box but want something more conventional in construction buy this bed ! Just keep in mind that you may find it is softer than its listed. ... show more

I was looking for a new mattress for my husband and I as neither of us were sleeping good and would wake up with our backs killing. I was nervous to get a 'bed in a box' as I've heard the good and the bad but we decided to give this one a try and we love it! We have had it now for about 7 months and still love it just as much as we did when we first got it. As it's memory foam the first few nights after expansion it was FIRM and we weren't sure if we were going to like it but by night 3-4 it had softened up and we were back to sleeping good and waking up pain free. The mattress so far is holding up well. I have 3 kids that jump on it daily and my husband is a 6'4" and all our former mattress would start sagging fairly quickly and this one is still like we just took it out of the box! Both of us would definitely purchase this again and are currently thinking of getting smaller ones for our boys. ... show more

Good deliver time. Me as I have researched and many reviews as well as many you have done. I had 7 in my cart then 4 and 2 for awhile before I decided on this one. The reviews really helped to decide. So please leave reviews it dose help. It was surprising to unbox and it popped up real quickly. I did waited 24 hours to sleep on it. My old mattress was about 10 years old and it was just spring and a pillow top. It had over time sunken in middle. I picked this not only from reviews but how many different layers and the wrapped coils. My back and neck pain didn’t get better over night. But after about 3 weeks my body adjusted just fine. I can’t recommend to just anyone cause we all different needs. But I can tell you what it has done for me. I’m a single sleeper and a side sleeper. It’s a queen. For the price I find it great and I have a 120 days trial. I’m more than likely going to keep it. I gave 4 stars cause I wished I had gotten a medium instead of medium firm. So if you like a little more softer than that’s what I suggest. I would recommend to invest in a good quality pillow. I weigh 200ish I don’t mind giving my weight cause that dose help in choosing. Great for the price cause shopping at a store you can’t just take home and get such a free trial and it delivers to your front door that was a plus for me. I was skittish of buying online for such a big amount but all in all it’s good for me and my cat. The pillow top is thicker than the picture looks and that was a good thing. Came on time, very well packaged, and Amazon delivery up a spiral staircase was very good. I paid for the unpacking $20 and well worth it for the help without bothering friends. MATTRESS: puffed up immediately with no sagging. Today is Friday so I have to wait until Tuesday to test and sleep on it for the first time. FABRIC: Looks and feels high end. Stitching looks good. Overall great product. However I will update after testing it out. UPDATE! ✅Dec. 30,2025 This is still very comfortable! I sleep well and dream almost every night. I feel like I’m sleeping well. Packed very well, fast shipping. Very easy to unpack and set up. This product is a very high quality memory foam mattress. Extremely comfortable and no movement when tossing or turning. My spouse and I love it during the evening because there is no movement compared to a standard mattress when your partner tosses and turns. The memory foam actually conforms to your body in whatever position you are in. The level of comfort is amazing and I have had the best nights sleeping and waking up so refreshed. I cannot tell you enough good things about this product. The price is affordable and you will get the sleep you are waiting for by paying much less than other mattresses out there. Forget the Serta and Casper brands that charge much higher dollars. The comfort you need for the best price is right here with this product. I have never bought a mattress off the internet before so I was a little worried about what I would end up with. I choose this one because I had seen a lot of reviews about solid memory foam mattresses not fully rising, and breaking in within a month, so I wanted to buy a hybrid one to have some structural rigidity from the encased coils. So the mattress arrives and I was even more worried; I don't know what route the box took to get to me, but it looked ROUGH. Luckily, the mattress is was wrapped very well in about two layers of plastic sheeting which wasn't torn anywhere, so I figured it would be okay. I would like to take this time to say that if there is anyone you have that you share interesting things with, I suggest you invite them to this next part of your mattress experience: IT IS SO COOL TO WATCH THIS MATTRESS INFLATE. IT'S INSANE AND HAPPENS SO QUICKLY. VACUUM PACKING IS NUTS. So I've had this mattress for about a month now and I'm pretty impressed! I have yet to created a "me" shaped divot and it is still pretty firm, but not too firm for me. You definitely sink a bit into the memory foam part, but the coils stop you, but not in a bedrock sort of way. The coils have some give, so its not like you're laying on a pad over a bunch of metal cylinders. I wouldn't say the mattress stays "gel cool" all night, but I haven't woke up gasping in a heat sweat yet so it has decent ventilation. This mattress has a specific pillow-top side, so you can turn the mattress, but not really flip it. I could see this being a problem for a home where both sides of the mattress are in use nightly over time. ... show more
