The bed said it is medium firm. Not in this case. The bed seems to sink in when you lay down and the sides of the bed are supposed to be firm and not move but they do. To me this is not a great quality product.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this mattress for a guest room, and for that purpose it works well, as it appears to be good quality and well constructed. That said, I wouldn’t personally describe it as plush. It feels quite firm to me, and had this been for my own bedroom, I wouldn’t have been happy with the lack of softness. so something to keep in mind. Once fully expanded, it looked uniform and supportive, and nothing about it felt cheap or poorly made. It looks really nice. I do recommend unwrapping the final layer while it’s already on the bed frame, if possible, or in a very large open space, because it expands very quickly and reaches its full size almost immediately. Overall, it seems like a solid mattress, but comfort will really depend on how much firmness you prefer.

Having slept on this the past 5 nights, I am completely satisfied. This is a substantial mattress for sub-$700. I ordered the King size which came folded in half and rolled up in a surprisingly small package. It is quite Heavy at 130lbs though! There is a lot of mattress in there! It took about 48 hours to fully expand. The mattress is listed at 14” depth, but that’s a frugal number as mine is closer to 15”. It has some bio-certifications but the mattress did off-gas a bit for the first 48 hours. I’ve had other mattresses which seemingly took months, so this was very minor. There is truly no chemical smell to it now. Comfortwise, this mattress is definitely plush. I am 215 lbs and sink in at least a few inches. It has a decent amount of give to it, but still really comfortable. I sleep on my side mostly, but flop around quite a bit, it’s simply fantastic for side sleepers and cradles my body without any pressure points. Everything about this mattress just seems to be of great quality, my wife commented how this feels like an upscale hotel mattress (she travels frequently for work staying in higher end hotels). Of course, mattress comfort is subjective. This is not for those who like a firm mattress, but it’s got a great guarantee and 120 night trial period, so go for it if you like plush to medium soft! Update: interesting to see other reviewers stating this is a firm mattress, shows how subjective mattress perceptions can be. I view this as Plush because it still cradles my pressure points well, but is a lot less squishy than my past plush mattresses.
