    • A great bike but inaccurate description

I bought two of these bikes. They have hub motors for both front and rear wheels and are fairly powerful. The all wheel drive is great for off-road riding. They come with a ton of accessories you can install on the bikes. The front motor was damaged in shipping on one of the bikes and customer service was fantastic, and helped me troubleshoot the problem and promptly sent replacement parts when we figured out what was needed. The bikes are heavy, almost 100 pounds, and more like electric motorcycles than bicycles. The motors are controlled by either petaling or by a motorcycle style twist throttle. It’s very responsive and accelerates quickly, but is governed to 35 miles per hour, not the 40-47 MPH listed in the Amazon ad. The bikes get up to the governed speed quickly and then you can feel the governor kick in and slow you down. I would love to have the option of removing the governor so the bike could meet its full potential. The bike is 3000W, not the 9000w shown in the ad. I think when I purchased the bikes the ad did say 3000w. The bike is fairly easy to assemble, although the instructions are not super clear. Someone without a mechanical aptitude may struggle a bit. Clearer instructions and improved pictures would improve this considerably. The hydraulic disc brakes are great, and definitely a necessity with a bike this heavy when going 35 mph. I did notice on both bikes I purchased that the brakes rubbed slightly when first ridden, but wore in after a few uses. The headlight and tail/brake lights are both bright. The LED control panel is well lit and easy to scroll through the various options. Overall, this is a great e-bike and a bargain at the price. Everything is perfect and awesome. Only complain is that u ordered the one with thw metal basket but i didn't get it. Maybe they ran out.but i got everything else's that is representing on this Pic 📸. So they may have skim me of 100$ if the basket is missing but the bike looks in brand quality conditions. So I can't complain that much. I can buy my own basket laters. Didn't put the mirrors on but it's does comes with those and the extra attachments. Like the phone bag and the small bag for your airpump and stuff. Update 7/26/2026: looks like they heard my review got my basket and phone case holder. So I can't complain now so it is full 5 stars review. Awesome bike. When riding it i could go to 20 to 25mph with out even trying to go fast and I am a big boy 5'11" and weight 330lb. Was riding okay all day but I screw up and went by a mountain trail with some trash and pucture my front tire so I recommend to buy some backup inner tubes for replacement and some patch kits just incase. My cousin try my bike and ge said he was going around 30mph to 35mph and like me he wasn't going max speed or trying he is also 5"11 but he weights about 165lb. Just for reference. ... show more
