I bought this for my husband to help him with his shoulder pain when he sleeps. He used it twice and refuses to use it again. Too hard and it actually made him more uncomfortable. He had hand and wrist surgery this past Wednesday. He says it works great for elevating his hand. I’m going to give it to my mom as a gift. Maybe it will work better for her. ... show more

This came beautifully wrapped and no smell as some reviews mentioned, however I tried this for the max up to 30 days, because I wanted to make sure it worked for me,,Im a side sleeper, flip all night long to both sides..the pillow has somewhat flattened out and lost some of its orginal shape..I flip the ( top to bottom ) pillow because identations are different on each end for individuals head and neck comfort preferences. It takes getting used to, and if you can find that sweet spot your in a great sleep mode..Now the reason for three stars , is it has flattened out too rapidly and foam seems to have packed down that it's hard on face after the 30 days. Too expensive of a pillow that has changed drastically in 30 days. I messed up because too late to return. ... show more
