I very much like this brace especially the Y stay in ghe back - it provide a-lot of support for my scoliosis . However sizing for women and men is very different. I am 5’3 117 llbs I ordered the small but I wanted the straps to be longer so I am returning and ordering a medium .

Really helps relieve back pain! It's easy to put on, straps are very comfortable and easy to maneuver while wearing. The Velcro holds tight. I've only used a couple of weeks while having back issues but it really helped wearing this.

They said this size (XXX-Large) would fit a 53.3" waist to 63" waist. I'm a bigger gal - my tummy at the spot they said to measure is about 54" - and this thing will BARELY close! It immediately pops open when I relax and/or sit down. I even tried to adjust using the straps thinking that might be the issue. No clue if it works or not for its intended purpose (back support) since it does not FIT like stated in the description.
