I bought this for my son’s birthday back in May. It worked great until it didn’t. I plug it in and my computer says the USB device is not recognizedd. Plugging into the PS4. It does absolutely nothing. I’m waiting to hear back from customer service. I’m really hoping they are going to make this right and replace it, I will make sure to update. got it just for it to show up and not work, light works but won’t connect to my console, i connect the USB-C to my controller and it just shuts off. very poorly made, didn’t even come with the right USB-C port i needed. DO NOT RECOMMEND
