There is nothing we don’t like about this mattress topper. I was unsure if the 2 inch would provide support, but it exceeded our every expectation. It is the perfect combo of firmness and softness with just the right amount of support. The holes in the memory foam provide excellent ventilation. My husband and I are hot sleepers and not once have we complained about being hot since using this topper. We’ve also experienced much less back pain when waking up in the morning. Nope! Arrived damaged, dirty and stained, even inside its air tight vacuum sealed bag. I’m now tasked with repackaging an expanded memory foam for return....” square peg in a round hole” scenario. (Give it a quick once over before cutting it open!) I ordered this based on some of the reviews stating it’s more on the firmer side (for back support which is what I was after). It isn’t firm at all. This is just as I expected & needed. I would give 5 stars but it is a little larger than my queen mattress so it over hangs by a couple inches. I might have to cut it down to size if it slips around at all. Other than that so far I am happy with this topper. Update, This has made me so happy. I am sleeping through the night with no hip pain. My honest opinion: Original review: 06/02/20 I’ve had mine for about two weeks now and it has helped so much my mattress was relatively new but super uncomfortable I’ve had my mattress for almost two months and it was so hard that it started bruising my hips since I’m a side sleeper from the pressure and it also sleep incredibly hot and I’ve tried mattress pads and protectors and nothing softened it up enough and my back was in so much pain I could barely turn around it inflated pretty quickly it fully inflated within an hour but I left it for a day just to fully inflate I thoroughly checked the topper before placing it on my bed for any stains or bugs and I saw none it has helped my back and hips tremendously and the holes also seem to keep it cool if your a cold sleeper like me this won’t completely cool you down but there will definitely be a change I do wish it was available in a 4 inch instead of two but I will be purchasing another just to give add a bit more foam it is slightly bigger that your mattress and may move around but once I put my mattress protector and sheets on it stopped definitely recommend if you want some soft yet supportive I will be updating my review in about 2 months ... show more

I got the 3 inch version for over 2 months now. This topper feels AMAZING when you initially lay on it. Its soft but supportive and hugs your body just right. The problem is when you lay on it and it starts heating up with your body temperature it loses its supportiveness. It softens up too much and you start sinking in it. The areas around your body which is cooler and firmer makes it harder to get out of the sunken spot you're sleeping in. If the firmness stayed the same the whole time you are in bed this would be absolutely a 5 star mattress topper but unfortunately I wake up with my lower back aching from sleeping in a "U" position. Unfortunately the return window is closed and I'm stuck with it. Don't let the good reviews fool you. ... show more

My old mattress has gotten quite loose and out of shape so I think this memory foam topper would be a decent upgrade. The memory foam itself is quite thick at 3 inch and actually inflate itself back in less than a day (the instructions said 24 hours). So far sleeping on it has been great and I already see an improvement in my sleep. The only downside is that the size is actually bigger than Queen a bit, while it's OK with me might be a concern for others. Overall, I'd definitely recommend getting this memory foam topper to upgrade your sleep. ... show more
