Taking away a star only because the mattress did not expand to the full 10” which was very disappointing since I very specifically looked for a certain height mattress. We let it expand undisturbed for 72+ hours and it maxed out at just under 9”. Other than that, I’m actually quite pleased with it. The mattress is the perfect blend of softness and support with a bit of spring. My partner moves a lot during the night and there is minimal motion transfer, and it doesn’t collapse when you sit on the edge. A fantastic mattress for the price and feels like it will last many years!

I wasn't sure about this purchase, as the price was lower than any others I had seen. It arrived in a tall, 14" x 14" x 10' tall box, a box I couldn't budge by myself, it weighed as much as a small rhino, I swear. After getting a neighbor to help me lift the box onto my bed, he left. The box said to Open this End, but it wouldn't slide out of the box so I tore the whole box open and there it was...a giant, roll of plastic I could not budge. As I carefully cut off the plastic, POP!!!, like a can of bread rolls! I couldn't stop it, my little dogs jumped back in horror and IT WAS WRONG SIDE UP. I called back the neighbor to help me flip it, which was no easy task. I had a great night's sleep and would do it again! I would not suggest children use it for a trampoline, it's not that firm but absolutely worth the cost. (It's about 2" longer than my Select Comfort mattress was but that's fine. My linens still fit. 🙂) Love it.

At first I was not sure if I was going to like the mattress as it is softer than I expected. BUT after sleeping on it a few nights it actually forms to my body and I have been sleeping well. Just an FYI, this weighed in at 90lbs (king size mattress) and I am a single person. It was a struggle getting it in the house and where I needed it, but I did it. Would be much easier to move it with an extra set of hands helping.

Update: The seller was quick to respond to me. They told me to measure the height from the middle of the bed rather than the edges. I haven't been able to do that because my bed been set up and covered with a padded mattress protector since I got it. They offered to send me a foam topper if I still had an issue. I bought this mattress because I had a memory foam mattress previously that was just too hot and firm for me. This mattress sleeps much cooler! I don't wake up in a sweat. The springs are good and provide nice support. I used to wake up with stiff or painful hips/lower back. That is significantly better too. I didn't think I would recommend this bed at all. But it's actually quite nice. Especially for the price. Previous review: I got this product 3.5 days ago. I opened the package within 2 hrs of its delivery. I allowed 72 hrs for it to expand. I ordered the 12in mattress so it would have more cushion and be less firm than the 10 in. It expanded to 11 inches at most. The information included in the package says the product may very up to 1.5inches, which seems like alot. The springs go all the way to the top. The picture led me to believe that the springs would stop at the first seam and would have a good layer foam on top of that. The foam is very thin. This is essentially a spring mattress. Not a hybrid mattress. I have yet to sleep on it, since I was letting it expand, but it feels very firm and lacks padding to soften the spring pressure. I will be contacting the seller as soon as I figure out how. I will update after I sleep on it and get more information from the seller.

I don't know how I slept without this mattress in my life. My husband and I had a hard time getting out of bed the first night. Truly exceeds my expectations. Be careful opening, though. It's under pressure and will unroll in the blink of an eye. We weren't injured at all, but you can be if you don't pay attention to the opening instructions.
