I wasn't sure about this purchase, as the price was lower than any others I had seen. It arrived in a tall, 14" x 14" x 10' tall box, a box I couldn't budge by myself, it weighed as much as a small rhino, I swear. After getting a neighbor to help me lift the box onto my bed, he left. The box said to Open this End, but it wouldn't slide out of the box so I tore the whole box open and there it was...a giant, roll of plastic I could not budge. As I carefully cut off the plastic, POP!!!, like a can of bread rolls! I couldn't stop it, my little dogs jumped back in horror and IT WAS WRONG SIDE UP. I called back the neighbor to help me flip it, which was no easy task. I had a great night's sleep and would do it again! I would not suggest children use it for a trampoline, it's not that firm but absolutely worth the cost. (It's about 2" longer than my Select Comfort mattress was but that's fine. Update: The seller was quick to respond to me. They told me to measure the height from the middle of the bed rather than the edges. I haven't been able to do that because my bed been set up and covered with a padded mattress protector since I got it. They offered to send me a foam topper if I still had an issue. I bought this mattress because I had a memory foam mattress previously that was just too hot and firm for me. This mattress sleeps much cooler! I don't wake up in a sweat. The springs are good and provide nice support. I used to wake up with stiff or painful hips/lower back. That is significantly better too. I didn't think I would recommend this bed at all. But it's actually quite nice. Especially for the price. Previous review: I got this product 3.5 days ago. I opened the package within 2 hrs of its delivery. I allowed 72 hrs for it to expand. I ordered the 12in mattress so it would have more cushion and be less firm than the 10 in. It expanded to 11 inches at most. The information included in the package says the product may very up to 1.5inches, which seems like alot. The springs go all the way to the top. The picture led me to believe that the springs would stop at the first seam and would have a good layer foam on top of that. The foam is very thin. This is essentially a spring mattress. Not a hybrid mattress. I have yet to sleep on it, since I was letting it expand, but it feels very firm and lacks padding to soften the spring pressure. I will be contacting the seller as soon as I figure out how. I will update after I sleep on it and get more information from the seller. ... show more

I don't know how I slept without this mattress in my life. My husband and I had a hard time getting out of bed the first night. Truly exceeds my expectations. Be careful opening, though. I just got my new Suayea mattress it arrived early definite plus and unpacked it by the way get help it’s heavy. It unrolled nice and is expanding quicker than I expected. I have some fans running and I did not notice any smell which is good. I will update as soon as I get to sleep on it.

Initially not thrilled. Mattress almost feels lumpy. Customer service by the company is outstanding which was a pleasant surprise for today's sellers. Purchased a bedframe board to help firm it up and relieve the lumpiness. Also adding a topper as soon as it arrives. The price is good but next time I'll spend a little more.
