I ordered 7 strands to decorate the outside of my house. Each strand uses 3 batteries. I had to change them every 7 days due to cold weather. I thought we'd save money on electricity but we ended up spending alot on batteries. Changing 27 batteries every week is insane. I love this garland for the price, it’s very pretty. I bought it to decorate above my cabinets & it’s very full. I just wish there was a different timer function. The longest it stays on is 6 hours, then shuts off for 18. I should have read it better but I figured I could keep it on all the time if I choose to. It’s really inconvenient to get up on my cabinets everyday if I want it on longer than 6 hours. I love my Xmas light on all day if I can. I’ll keep it because it is pretty but I’ll have to get some other lights to compensate. Kind of bummed. ... show more

This garland is beautiful. Love that I can change the color of the lights and they are on a timer. Only wish they were not battery operated the batteries did not last long in them. Other than that I would definitely buy this again or recommend it

We were pleased when this item arrived as it matches our tree better than expected. Like an artificial tree you will have to arrange the branches for the best look for what your using it for. For attaching to hand rails etc. you can use zip ties. Really like the battery operated lights (3 AA) for each string also we like that you can go white or colored lights and have the different settings for the the strings operation, Flashing, Fading, Steady etc. ... show more

This garland is beautiful and beyond expectations for the cost. Our only issue was some bugs in the packaging when we initially unraveled it. We had to shake it off outside and let it air out for a day before hanging inside. Overall, we were very pleased with this garland and would order again.
