I got another suavecito pomade a few years back and it was okay, just not what I was looking for personally. I usually use the tee tree pomade from paul mitchell but the price can be pretty crazy. I wanted to look again and noticed they have a matte finish pomade. Compared to my last favorite (paul mitchell) I get more for a lower price and the smell is much better in my opinion. The only problem is that this is a seasonal scent but I'm hopeful that the regular matte pomade will be just as good.

These are all great. I found that I prefer a "wetter" hold on my hair so I like the firm hold. Original is great too, you just need good technique for keeping clumps out of the hair. Sometimes just a dash of water is all you need.

In my quest to get my hair exactly how I like it every day I've gone through many different brands of pomade, and this Suavecito Matte pomade is by far the best I've tried. It holds strongly, goes on my hair easily as long as my hair is slightly damp, can be remolded with just a bit of water, washes out easily, and best of all it smells INCREDIBLE. Anyone who wants to style their hair well and wants it to smell great too should give this pomade a try. It also comes in a larger quantity than most I've had without costing any more which is another plus.
