I got this for my adult son who is a pilot just as a fun gift for Christmas. He had so much fun with it that youngest teen who normally has no interest in RC anything, ended up wanted one too so we got him one for Easter. They have both crashed many times and still work well. We have had to replace the propellers on one of them and they like flying/landing them more without the landing gear so we took that off. It's light weight enough that you can land on grass without landing gear and it doesn't damage the bottom. Charges pretty quickly and they say it's easy to control though that have gotten it stuck in trees repeatedly. That said, each time it's been stuck, they've launched balls and bats and plastic bottles of water high into the trees to knock it out and it still hasn't been damaged, so id say that's a great indicator of quality.

Fun and easy to fly. Landing is more of a challenge. First flight lasted 7 seconds and made a landing 25 feet up into my neighbor's tree. Next few flights went great, recovered from my roof and another tree before making a couple decent landings. Despite several crashes, it remained fully functional. On the final flight it seemed to catch a thermal air current and even with the motors throttled off, it kept getting higher and further away until it disappeared. Definitely buying a replacement.

7-year-old grandson loves it. A funny event occurred. He was flying it with his Dad in a large parking lot. A gust of wind blew it atop a 2-story building. They presumed it was lost. The next day, my son-in-law was driving home from work & saw the plane on the ground beside the building. Evidently, another gust of wind blew it back to the ground.

If you don't have a lot of land with no trees I don't recommend you can't control it with a controller it does what it wants to and it's hard to keep it up in the air I do not recommend and it's hard to keep it up in the air I do not recommend

If you have kids younger than 7 I wouldn’t recommend. The durability is subpar. It’s styrofoam so when you land or get stuck in a tree chances are you’re out of a plane. I bought 3 of these and exchanged another so 4 total and not a single one has lasted more than a few flights. Kids are 7 and 5 (also 32 if you wanna include dad) and they all flew them into the trees since their so light the wind takes over.

It flew pretty well, but didn’t last long. Pieces fell off, like propellers and landing gear. Ordered replacement parts but lost them too. Not worth the price.
