First, this unit is quite nice - easily worth more than twice the price compared with mall or big-box store versions. Perfect? no, but pretty darn good. It has more adjustments than the massage does, and that's a lot. We've found the pre-programmed programs the best to use, especially since we don't know how or even if we could program our own, but hey, there's like 12 of them - and then, you can adjust the strengths, pressures & reach (for each area) within each program to suit you. More than we need - want to get right to it. Opportunities for improvement. Let the unit turn on - and WAIT for your program choice and adjustments, BEFORE charging off locking your arms into the cuffs, so you can hardly adjust anything. Provide back-lighting for the adjustment buttons on the remote gizmo. It has a nice lit display of what the chair is doing to you and what strengths, pressures and reach, it's doing - BUT, in just moderately dim light, you can't see where the buttons to adjust those are, cuz they're NOT back-lit. And - since the chair starts IMMEDIATELY, you don't have even 20-30 seconds to find them - and we've even put a little USB book-light over the unit to help. That's really it though - for the money, a great choice, oh and the 3 year warranty a BIG plus too. btw, I'm 6ft1 and 245 lbs, not a small person - I fit and it reaches me anywhere it needs to. And, it can easily lift me up while scrunching and kneading me too - it hurts so good!

However, the only notable imperfection is the voice control, which appears to activate autonomously. Everyone that comes over wants one of these chairs. I was told I should be a sales rep for the company. Works amazing. The only place it doesn’t get is the back of my legs, The hamstring area. Other than that it’s perfect. I am average height and weight. If you’re a very tall person, you probably should look for a custom chair.

Purchased the massage chair, and we had Amazon deliver it and set it up, as it weighs 200 pounds. We plugged it in and right away enjoyed the comfort of the massage chair. You can set it up for various massage strengths and air inflation bags around your calves, arms, and shoulders. Some settings are a little strong around the lower spine area. Placing a small pillow behind your back helps. It would be nice if the company had padding that could be inserted in the zipper areas for the customer's comfort. We have also found that sometimes the integrated stand for the touch screen controller and the mobile phone are in the way. Wish you could take it apart and remove the mobile phone holder, or consider adding a plug to the hole in the arm if you decide to remove the stand. Something I think the manufacturer should think about. We have only had the massage chair a few days and love it so far. Will send a update in a few months.

Just received the massage chair. Very impressive. I am struggling with learning how to use it. The directions aren't helping me. Can anyone help me with an instructional video! I didn't want to give less than 5 stars because everything is perfect. Just can't understand how to get the most out of it.
