Very cute! Smaller than I expected but a quaint addition to my elderly grandfathers room. He says it makes him feel relaxed. I recommend using distilled water.

    • Need a replacement pump since the water pressure is faulty
The pump itself that I was sent is not strong enough to push the water pressure up to the top and circulate. I think I might have received a faulty pump as the pump once drained out of water and placed back in submerged in water it spouts water hard and then stops to a low pressure hum after 2 seconds. Settings were put on the "+" sign and did not change at all. Not sure how to contact customer support to order a new pump to be replaced. ... show more

It splashes. So make sure not to put your fountain on wood. Or something that the water can damage. You can also put a towel down. Pretty simple to set up. I think they could have done a better job with the tree sticking to the fountain. I have to use some double sided tape. Which helped hold the treee in place. That's why I gave it 4 stars, opposed to 5. ... show more
