#DO NOT BUY THIS TOILET W/SEAT There are now reviews all over the place about the cracked toilet seat lid for which no one has found a correct replacement. I have been communicating with American Standard with pictures for days. The replacement seat is short - it does not cover the toilet bowl and rim. It does not appear that AS intends to make this right. #2: The toilet lid on one of the two toilets has cracked starting back at the hinge area. After looking around to reorder a replacement I found our cracking lid is a known issue. The replacement will cost around $75. We still like the features of this toilet and hope the replacement seat will not crack. I am very pleased so far with the 2 toilets we've purchased. The plumber had never seen toilets like this and I swear after he installed them I saw him literally hug the toilet! He told me, "Wow! What a nice toilet!" LOL Years ago we used dual flushes at a hotel and were not impressed. But these are updated and very efficient. I love the higher seat, easy on those titanium knees, however the round seat feels a bit smaller than our old round seats. It doesn't really cramp my style, but I wouldn't mind a skosh more room. The smooth sides are great, but I noticed there is an open area behind the unit that will require some cleaning. I think I'll use a swiffer I can angle in there. Also, I've been warned by others that use right height toilets that we might want to invest in a squatty potty to have available as a foot rest/support for those who need it. Update: Still appreciating these attractive, easy to clean toilets. None of our grandchildren, even the newly potty trained, have needed a foot stool to get up on the seats. They think the flushing is fun and funny. I love the soft-close seats. It makes me wonder why we would ever leave a toilet seat up. The seats do seem a little small sometimes but we are getting used to them. ... show more

    • Worth it! Streamlined, minimalist, so easy to clean, low flow, quiet flush, quick tank refill
The media could not be loaded. I replaced both 1990s toilets in my home with this model, the seat is taller, the lid closes slowly, the flush is low flow but efficient and doesn't sacrifice power, the flush is relatively quick and quiet, and the tank refills quickly. I no longer get woken up at night by the toilet sounds. The skirted bowel makes cleaning super easy. The install was easy enough, similar to other toilets, although smaller hands definitely helped getting into the slightly tighter bolt spaces that comes with the skirted toilet. Base is heavy to install which required the contractor to get a second person. Once in place it is space efficient. Easy to keep clean. Does not splash. Pleased with this selection for several years so far.

    • Amazon can't ship a toilet without having it smashed
While the toilet looks like it might be nice (the extra star is for it's potential), we never took it out of the box. We ordered one, it arrived smashed into pieces. We requested a replacement, and one corner was broken off. We requested a third, and a piece was missing next to a large crack. Three broken toilets is a big waste of time and resources. This is made in China, shipped to the US, driven to my home, picked up and driven back to Amazon and then dumped in a landfill. Times three. It's mainly the fault of UPS, but Amazon really didn't pack it very well, as it was relatively loose in the secondary box. So why go to any more trouble? It took me at least 30-45 minutes per return, including repacking, working with Amazon, etc. I give up and will purchase it locally, or I will get some other model, since I haven't yet found it locally. Great height we love the concealed trap ,easier to clean. We purchased for kids bathroom. It was difficult to find a toilet with dual flush and concealed trap so thank you Amazon. It has been installed now for 2 weeks, so far no problems, no clogs and it uses less h2o. Kids use too much paper and it seems to work with them. Perfect, compact size for my small bathroom, it gives modern look for a bargain price. I love how easy is to clean it, "stuff" doesn't get stuck and flushes without leaving any trace on the surface.

Really nice looking, easy to clean, modern style. Not sure I see the difference between the two flushing options and don’t love that I need to hold down the button for so long- until all the water disappears.

We love this toilet's design, size, and shape. The only problem is that the lower flush button keeps getting loose after only a couple flushes. We constantly have to take the lid off to tighten it again. every few days. and this is for our second bathroom. not used very much
