We bought a house to flip. The work was minimal but someone had kept a bunch of cats inside and the urine smell was overwhelming. It hit you in the face when you opened the door! After some research I ordered this product. Armed with a black light flashlight we took a Hudson sprayer of this product and soaked all of the urine spots we could find. The next day the odor was a tiny fraction of what it had been. 2 days later we hit it again and the odor was gone. Then we were able to shampoo the carpets and everything smells great! I felt that it was too toxic for me to use inside of my home. There are dangers if inhaled or contact with skin or other surfaces. Also it seems that you have to follow your states regulations for disposal. I’m sure it is a good product but, not for me.

During quarantine, we adopted two puppies in addition to our six year old Rottweiler. Our littlest puppy girl, Islay, was sick with Parvo and nearly died. As a result she was developmentally delayed and couldn’t seem to get her potty training down. Our other puppy boy, Deacon, who took to potty training like a duck to water, started marking around the house wherever Islay went. The smell was awful. We tried everything, everything, to get rid of the smell. I was about to give up and just use air fresheners until I stumbled on this. I almost passed it up because it was a little pricey, but so glad I didn’t...it got rid of the stains on my rugs and sofa and it smells clean, not perfume clean, just clean! I will buy this again and again. We put it in a spray bottle and let it soak into the rugs and furniture for about 5-10 minutes, then “rinsed” with hot water from our carpet shampooer. ... show more

I thought I'd give this a try to try and save a chair my dog had an accident on during a thunderstorm. I thought for sure my chair was a gonner but no. This stuff is AMAZING!. Do NOT dilute at all and I used ALOT. I dipped the Sponge and went to work & let dry in another room for a few days with a fan on it 24/7. I am IMPRESSED! Then I decided to give it a try on a floor that is ruined in a house we just moved in to. The flooring is split and has small openings and I kept smelling urine that was unbearable to me. The landlord told me the floor had damage but failed to tell me it was dog urine damage and once the humidity kicked in I could smell it. So I poured this ALL OVER THE FLOOR and mopped.
