This stuff is phenomenal. It got a Great Dane sized accident out of carpet when NOTHING else would. I tried 7 other things first, including carpet shampooing the spot many times over 3 days. Nothing got the electric yellow color out and really killed the urine smell. This product did it! Make sure you color test it in a discrete spot, it changed the coloring of the carpet some. I am not sure if it was lightly bleaching the old carpet in our temporary rental house or if it was just really getting the old dingy carpet clean and back to its original color. The reason I gave this 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the delivery mechanism. Once you open the container and screw the brush head back on, there is no way to control the flow of the liquid if it is inverted to use the scrubbing tool. SO what happens is you likely will get the stuff all over the bottle AND saturate the area, which it clearly states (on the label) not to. It can't be avoided unless you limit the scrub. SO anyway, it does appear to work better than the Fizzion Oxy Cleanser I used previously, but it is messy. Just need to make sure that cat quits yakking on the carpet! ... show more

    • As a dog sitter, two paws up!
I board dogs in my home, so I deal with a lot of messes. I have a carpet cleaning machine (getting more dog friendly flooring soon, though!) but for in between the shampoos, this is by far the best product out there to use! If the mess is real bad, I'll also spray a bit of Odoban on it before scrubbing. As soon as I got this, I tried it out on a few stains that weren't fresh, and it got them right out! So then I moved to my couch and it worked even better at scrubbing out dirt stains (thanks, dog paws!) than the handheld upholstery cleaner that I had!! So, goodbye to the handheld upholstery cleaner, I guess. The only reason I gave this four stars is that it seems like there really isn't as much product in the bottle as there could be. However, it cleans so well that I'll go ahead and continue to buy this product. If you have pets, some other products that I keep in my arsenal as a dog sitter are Odoban cleaner, LA Awesome, and Lysol disinfectant spray. Between those three, I really don't feel like I need anything else as far as the dogs go. ... show more

This product is amazing!!! My poor dog got sick and left a dart stain on my cream carpet. I tried 4 other products and no luck; stain was bad. A friend at work suggested I try this before we order new carpet and incredibly, it removed the entire stain!! I am blown away and will never be without this product again! If you have a pet stain, but this product!!! Amazing!!! Saved us from buying new carpet!! ... show more
