It took a little color out of my cranberry rug in the test spot. But I use it on a light green rug and a Beige rug with no problem

this product did not do one thing it advertised on my carpet. I was working with old pet stains, which it did not remove, nor was the odor dissipated in any way. Of course the company guarantees a refund if you return the product, however I was so determined to eliminate the pet odor that I had nothing to return. It says not to dilute it!! That’s cool, if you want to spend the next 6 hours cleaning out your machine and sucking foam out of your carpet! Luckily, I did dilute it, still had a foam problem at one point. However, the fragrance isn’t that great and when I use my normal spot cleaner, it doesn’t work as well as it used to. Liquids that are shipped should be concentrated, we’ve got water!! Stupid product that’s gonna cost me more in the long run. ... show more
