I bought this because we are a biking family with A LOT of bikes. One thing I wish this bike rack had was the ability to move the wheel holders. If they clipped on rather than screw in. Some bikes are wider and being able to move them around would be helpful. Also more helmet hooks other than the 2. This is a 5 bike rack so I would assume you would have 5 hooks, one for each bike. Otherwise this works for what we need it to do.

Other reviewers have mentioned it and I can confirm that, unless one of your bicycles is significantly smaller, two rides will NOT fit side-by-side on this rack. The unit is about 6 inches too narrow. On similarly sized bicycles, the handlebars interfere if they're droppers. I also tried a flat bar and a dropbar (both medium 54cm frames) and there was still handlebar interference. Packaging: Excellent. It was shipped "box-in-box." Individual parts were wrapped in bubble wrap. Assembly: I assembled this in less than 20 minutes after layout and inventory. Instructions are clear. All the parts were there and all the holes lined up. An Allen wrench and open-end wrench are included. They're, respectively, 6mm and 13 mm if you want to use your own tools. I recommend placing the bolt head on the outside (or top) to prevent snags on the bolt protruding through the nuts. You may want to pick up a dozen lock washers since none are included. Build Quality: Generally excellent. Welds were fine and the flanges were flat. It's appears painted rather than powder coated. Use: Whether you're using this for long-term storage or "between ride" parking, the footprint is small and takes up less room than horizontal storage. That's a plus for either use. Placing the bicycle on is pretty straight forward and removing it for a ride is similarly easy, but understand that you will still have to lift up on the bicycle to clear the stanchions whether storing or removing the bicycle.. Final Thoughts: I received this for two primary reasons. The first is off-season storage. If both bicycles' stems are loosened and the bars turned, this stand will serve its purpose and two bikes will fit. And it'll serve my needs for that use. Alternatively (and for long-term storage only) if you lock the handlebars with, say a Park HBH-2, you could conceivably place one of the bike's rear wheel in the stanchions rather than the front wheel. The second reason deals with convenience. My spouse has a heavyish steel (24lb) frame which is difficult for her to remove from the overhead hanging hooks in the garage. This stand will allow her to simply lift it off and go since there's no storage issue during riding months. For that reason I can recommend this item, provided your needs match mine.

I'm very pleased with this track, (2 bikes). I've been looking for a while for racks to help organize my garage. The wall mount hooks I thought would be too difficult for my wife and kids to manage. And mounting the hooks with the right spacing and at the right level to accommodate all the different types of bikes just seemed too cumbersome. I like how this rack is super lightweight, easy to move around, easy to assemble, and easy for the wife and kids to operate. Took me 15 minutes to assemble with included tools. At first it seems like a lot of parts, but all the screws and nuts were the same, so that simplified it. The rack is much smaller than I imagined, which is a good thing, it's only waist high in the tall setting. I have 11 bikes in my garage and it held them all really well, even my 53lbs e-bike. From a 20" wheel, to a 700cc, to a 29er. If you have two very similar bikes then you're going to have an issue with the handle bars conflicting. I only had this issue with a few of my bike combinations, so not a big deal for me. But I would suggest if you have a lot of bikes to just order more of the 2-bike rack rather than the 3 or 5 bike rack. This way you can create space for the handlebar combinations that don't work. That's what I'm going to do, I'm going to order one or two more of these. Oh, and the helmet hook is a really nice touch!

I live in an apartment with a very small balcony and the bikes were taking up the entire space. This product gave me back my balcony! I have a men’s Medium Poseidon with drop bar and a woman’s XS Liv bike with flat bar and they fit comfortably together. I was able to assemble it in my own, and it was very easy as no tools were required. I think it’s perfect for indoor use so my only concern is that high wind may knock them over since I personally have them outside, should that happen I’ll be sure to update my review!
